Head of Product

Leading product strategy and execution remotely, the full-time Head of Product will oversee the product portfolio, manage a team of product managers and designers, and engage with senior healthcare executives to enhance care delivery and outcomes. Key responsibilities Define and implement a cohesive product strategy that aligns individual products into a unified platform Manage product operations, including team development, communication channels, and outcome-driven road mapping Engage with senior leaders at payer and health system clients to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps Required qualifications Over ten years of product experience, with three to five years in leadership roles managing teams of 5 to 20+ Deep knowledge of healthcare, particularly in post-acute care, care coordination, and value-based care Experience managing a multi-product portfolio and scaling products from early traction to widespread adoption Strong customer instincts with the ability to engage directly with clinicians and executives Proven ability to influence C-suite buyers and articulate compelling narratives for enterprise decisions
