Position Overview

Seeking a highly organized marketing professional to serve as the operational hub for a cross-functional marketing organization. This role will drive planning, prioritization, project execution, stakeholder alignment, and performance visibility across multiple marketing teams.

Key Hiring Focus

• 1+ years of marketing, marketing operations, project management, or program management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating people, projects, timelines, and priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive accountability and gain support from teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable interpreting pricing models, business metrics, and performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling marketing stories.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to improve processes, governance, and team operating rhythms.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in both marketing and sales.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, product positioning, and value-based storytelling.
• Someone who may have started in marketing, transitioned into sales, and is looking to return to a marketing-focused role while leveraging their business acumen and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage marketing intake, prioritization, and planning processes.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and project execution across marketing teams.
• Facilitate team meetings, planning sessions, QBRs, and reporting cadence.
• Track program performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop leadership reporting and performance dashboards.
• Promote collaboration, alignment, and a \"one team\" approach across multiple marketing functions.
