$55,000 - $75,000+ yearly

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are consistently met.

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, expanding our customer base and enhancing our community presence.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, offering tailored solutions that provide optimal protection.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company goals.

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and recommendations.

• Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed or overlooked.

• P&C insurance license required for this role
• Fundamental computer and Microsoft Office program skills are essential
• Excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills are required
• Familiarity with accounting and sales-related software or programs is a plus
• Four-year undergraduate degree preferred; high school diploma/GED or equivalent necessary
