Future Opening: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Unlicensed In-Office Part-Time Position This role will support our licensed service team by handling high-volume, non-licensed customer interactions so licensed team members can focus on complex service and coverage conversations. You'll be a key part of delivering a smooth, friendly customer experience while keeping our office organized and efficient. This is an unlicensed, in-office, part-time position supporting two State Farm agencies. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Call Support Answer incoming calls and assist with unlicensed transactions (such as taking payments) Gather customer information and route calls appropriately or create CRM tasks for licensed team members to complete transactions Outbound Engagement Contact customers to share information or request follow-up items Call customers to set appointments Make birthday and relationship-building calls Customer Experience & Office Support Work assigned customer service tasks that do not require an insurance license Ask satisfied customers for online reviews and referrals Assist customers with setting up their State Farm online accounts Verify and update customer information to ensure CRM accuracy Assist with incoming and outgoing mail This position does not provide insurance advice, quote policies, or make coverage recommendations.
