Customer Support Specialist (Shift Monday - Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm CST) AlertMedia

This role involves handling inbound customer questions through phone, email, and live chat for a risk intelligence and emergency communication platform. You’ll troubleshoot technical product issues and general account questions, manage a ticket queue, elevate complex cases to other team members, and work to give customers a positive, professional support experience. The employer wants 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support for software, familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Slack, Excel, or Outlook, and strong written and verbal English communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to keep learning about the product.
