As our next Technical Recruiter, you'll match top Hardware, Software, and Mechanical talent with projects at brands you know and startups you'll soon hear about. We built our own AI to carry the front of the funnel. Our proprietary engine sources and screens candidates and runs multi-touch outreach across email and text. It surfaces interested engineers and sets up the calls so the conversation is already warm by the time it lands on your calendar. That changes the job. You're not grinding for dials; you're spending your time where it counts; understanding what an engineer actually wants, matching them to the right project, and getting them to start. AI handles the volume. You own the relationship and the close. It's why we're leading the staffing field instead of chasing it: we run on the newest recruiting technology in the industry, and we keep sharpening it. What you'll do Find great engineers . Build and nurture a national pool of contractors in firmware, robotics, embedded, AI infra, semiconductor chip designers, and more. Run smart outreach . Use LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and SourceWhale to book conversations every day (email, text, and phone). Own the relationship . Learn candidates' skills and goals, present roles clearly, negotiate pay packages, and guide them through start. Keep the pipeline clean . Track every step in our proprietary AI ATS/CRM engine; set next steps with dates and no black holes. Hit goals, learn fast . You'll have a clear weekly activity plan and a quota you can actually see yourself beating. What success looks like in 90 days 60–80 quality outbound touches per day, steady first interviews each week A bench of 30–50 pre-qualified engineers you can call by name and Your first placements on the board and candidates asking to work with you again Tools you'll use Core system: Our custom-built proprietary AI ATS/CRM engine—it sources and screens candidates, sets up qualified calls, and holds your full pipeline (records, notes, next steps, automated nurture) in one place Outreach & sequencing: Our own proprietary multi-touch sequencing tool, built into the COMPASS platform—automated email and text cadences, no third-party tool required Sourcing & data: LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Signalhire Phone: Ringover VOIP Productivity: Microsoft 365 — Teams, Outlook, OneDrive AI workflow: The same proprietary AI runs alongside you all day—research, candidate workups, outreach drafting, and decision support. Nobody walks in already knowing our engine and thats okay; we'll teach it. If you're strong in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sequencing and you already think AI-first, you'll ramp fast, and we'll share the plays that work What you'll bring All-in on AI. You already use AI every day—sourcing, research, screening, writing—and you reach for it before brute force. If you're an AI skeptic or "haven't gotten around to it yet," this isn't your seat AI-enabled operator. Hand you a tool you've never seen and you figure out how to make it produce real output—and you iterate on prompts instead of taking the first draft. You're excited to work inside a proprietary AI system, not nervous about. Bachelor's degree (4-year accredited) LinkedIn Recruiter power user (projects, saved searches, Boolean, smart Inmail) Email sequencing chops (you've run multi-touch cadences in Outreach, Apollo, Gem, or similar; A/B testing; track replies/meetings) Proven producer: you've been a top biller (team #1 or top 10%)—bring your numbers Clear writing, honest follow-through, and a calm voice under pressure Curiosity—your favorite question is "why?"—and the habit of transcribing AI notes into action.
