Role Overview The Americas Local Development Jr. Manager will support the strategy and full project management of local market initiatives, retailer-specific opportunities, and commercial enhancement projects across the US, LATAM, and TRA markets. This role will focus on identifying commercial business needs, defining local development strategies, and managing projects from ideation to implementation. Saleable and non-saleable key initiatives may include local retailer product exclusives, special sets, gift-with-purchase concepts, bags, packaging add-ons, localized commercial tools, animations, and other initiatives that elevate the consumer experience and support sell-out performance. The position will work closely with Brand Managers, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams to ensure local development projects are aligned with brand guidelines, retailer needs, commercial priorities, business targets, and execution timelines. Key Responsibilities Local Development & Retailer Opportunities Support the strategy and full project management of local development initiatives for the Americas, with a focus on the US, LATAM, and TRA markets. Help identify opportunities to create retailer-specific initiatives that support business growth, brand visibility, and differentiation at point of sale. Assist in the development of tailored concepts for key retailers, including Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, department stores, distributors, and LATAM markets. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support value-added initiatives that strengthen retailer partnerships and improve sell-in opportunities. Gather market, retailer, and internal feedback to help identify white space opportunities based on business needs, market trends, commercial priorities, and local portfolio needs. Retailer Product Exclusives & Local Activations Define retailer-specific strategies and manage the full project lifecycle for retailer exclusives, special sets, limited-edition concepts, gift-with-purchase items, bags, promotional tools, and other locally relevant initiatives, from business needs to final implementation. Support the creation of differentiated offers for strategic launches, animations, and key commercial moments. Partner with internal teams to evaluate how existing launches or exclusivities can be enhanced with additional local elements. Help ensure that all local development initiatives are consistent with Dolce & Gabbana Beauty’s brand positioning, luxury standards, and visual identity. Manage local development projects from business needs and ideation through local implementation, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, execution timelines, and market requirements. Cross-Functional Project Coordination Build and maintain project timelines and implementation plan, ensuring regular follow-up with internal stakeholders and external partners. Work with other stakeholders to coordinate full project implementation from business needs and ideation to local execution, including product availability, costs, approvals, production timing, delivery dates, and execution requirements. Coordinate with Global teams to ensure local strategy alignment, including approvals, assets, guidelines, product alignment, and brand consistency when required. Market & Business Support Prepare presentations, project recaps, launch materials, and internal updates related to local development initiatives. Track the performance, commercial impact, and target deviations of key initiatives when applicable. Budget & Full Project Management Support Partner with Finance, Supply Chain and Brand Marketing to support budget tracking, cost follow-up, and investment visibility related to local development projects. Experience & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Development, Local Market Development, Retail Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or a related area, preferably within beauty, luxury, fashion, or consumer goods. Understanding of retailer needs, commercial activations, and point-of-sale execution across the US (a must), LATAM, and/or TRA markets (a plus). Experience supporting retailer-specific initiatives, sets, GWPs, promotional tools, local animations, packaging add-ons, or market-specific commercial concepts. Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and priorities at the same time. Strong business sense, with the ability to connect local development initiatives to commercial priorities, sell-out performance, and business targets.
