Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous school-based BCBA experience preferred
- Strong understanding of K-12 academic and behavioral supports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in diverse educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Rotate across district schools as assigned, providing behavioral consultation and support
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement interventions
- Collect and analyze student behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust supports
- Train and support school personnel in positive behavioral strategies and fidelity of BIP implementation
- Attend team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer expert recommendations
