Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Access Associate to safeguard our facilities and ensure smooth, secure entry for all authorized personnel. The Security Access Associate is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing access into the facility, to ensure the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals entering the premises and enforces access control policies in a professional manner. Available shifts 4am - 12pm, 12pm - 8pm, and 8pm - 4am Key Responsibilities Monitor and control the designated employee entrance. Ensure the entrance door remains secured while not in use. Verify identification, credentials, and authorization of employees, visitors, and contractors. Maintain accurate logs of visitor entry and exit. Provide directions and assistance to visitors and contractors when necessary. Communicate effectively with management and staff. Report security breaches, safety concerns, or policy violations promptly. Assist with administrative tasks, as directed by facility management, when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in security, administrative or customer service preferred. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole preferred.
