Clinical PharmacistOur client, a healthcare company, is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for their Tallahassee, FL/Remote location.Responsibilities:Conducting outbound phone calls. (100 calls per day)Completing comprehensive medication reviews.Conducting medication therapy management services.Accuracy and speed in entry of patient-specific prescription information, diagnosis information, and recommendations into a third-party, web-based applicationRequirements:At least 4 years of experience as clinical MTM pharmacist. (Management experience preferred)Familiar with driving Part D Star measures. Specifically, SUPD, SPC, and CMR.Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabularyClinical experience in medication review.Essential Skills/Experience:Fluently speak, read, and write EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience using salesforce preferredMust be tech savvyEssential Characteristics:Self-directed and organizedDiscrete/ability to maintain confidentialityDetail-orientedSense of urgencyWhy Should You Apply?Health benefitsReferral programExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
