What will you do

As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead the design, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, supporting user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth in alignment with Bybit’s global objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns in Germany from conceptualisation and design to execution and post‑campaign analysis.
• Develop compelling marketing content for email, push notifications, web, social media and other channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Design and implement innovative user acquisition, retention and revenue‑driving campaigns, optimising their performance based on local market data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaign objectives and create culturally relevant messaging.
• Analyse local campaign performance and market trends, providing actionable insights and reporting key metrics to the country manager.
• Continuously bring fresh ideas and creative solutions that address evolving local market needs.

What should you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least three years of digital marketing or campaign management experience, preferably in a crypto exchange or related environment.
• Proven expertise in campaign management and digital marketing with deep understanding of local user behaviour and market dynamics.
• Strong content creation skills across email, web, social media and other digital platforms.
• Analytical ability to interpret local data and optimise campaigns for improved performance.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• High proficiency in English and German, with the ability to produce resonant local content.
