Overview Pay range $45‑55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Join us to help create more smiles in the community. Position Dental Hygienist We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care and create memorable experiences. This role focuses heavily on working with children, who comprise 70% or more of our patient base. Offer Competitive compensation Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity Monthly performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and more Continuing education reimbursement: up to $250 per year after one year of employment Company‑provided certification training and reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.) Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under general supervision of a dentist Provide compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications, and related procedures Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for Same Day Care Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction Assess dental condition and review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting and x‑ray management when necessary Create memorable patient experiences through compassion for patients and parents Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) Equal Opportunity Employer We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
