Position Overview

• Schedule: One weekend per month, from Friday morning to Monday morning
• Patient Load: Average of 8 to 14 inpatients daily
• Surgical Procedures: Approximately 16 surgeries weekly
• Coverage: Hospital coverage position
• Required Skills: General urology and endoscopic techniques
• Patient Demographics: Adults, with some pediatric and adolescent cases
• Essential Procedures: Ureteroscopy and TRUS biopsies
• Preferred Skills: Interest in pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatrics

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Hourly rates ranging from $220.00 to $275.00
