What You'll Do

• Engage with  warm leads - no cold calling!
  
• Build  genuine rapport through consultative conversations grounded in empathy and active listening.
  
• Use each customer's DNA and biometric data to personalize their path toward better health and confidence.
  
• Educate and inspire prospects with the  science and story behind AlterMe's unique approach.
  
• Communicate through phone, text, and email-staying organized, responsive, and human. 
  
• Overcome hesitations with  grace and confidence , helping people commit to their goals.
  
• Contribute to a  positive, collaborative sales culture where success is shared and celebrated.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
  

• Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
  

• Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  

• Part-time, in-office role in Lehi, UT (2 shifts: 215p-715p OR 3p-8p)
