Store Manager Rescom Financial Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team in San Antonio, Texas, United States. This is a Full-Time position for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service within the financial services industry. This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,670 - $143,500 USD per annum, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Drive the branch's performance to meet and exceed business targets and key performance indicators. Oversee all daily operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Act as a strong ally for our clients, ensuring their journey from start to finish is positive, focused, and centred on their specific goals. Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, embodying the upbeat, friendly, and professional attitude that defines our service. Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation. Develop and implement local strategies to enhance the company's reputation and grow the client base. Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client issues, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of the best possible solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector. A strong track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve ambitious targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and implement effective strategies. A powerful, professional presence and a willingness to go the extra mile for both your team and your clients. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, business, or a related field is highly desirable.
