Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our team in fully remote roles across the United States . We are currently hiring clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia across Full-Time W2, Part-Time W2, and 1099 opportunities . You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) - Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours - Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends - Work Model: Remote Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $95,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) - Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling - 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
