Under attorney supervision, you will handle ongoing legal and regulatory activities related to the 1940 Act and SEC rules. You will coordinate disclosures, filings, and input from product, compliance, and finance teams, while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness in a fast-paced legal environment.
