Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression - Check guests in and out efficiently using the reservation system - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy - Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly - Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services - Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus - Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with reservation and property management software - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist guests We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
