The Alternative Dispatch Team Clinical Supervisor is a non-exempt, working supervisor who provides in-person and remote clinical consultation and direct field support to Behavioral Health First Responders (BHFRs) before, during, and after crisis responses. This role is highly hands-on and operational. The Clinical Supervisor spends the majority of time delivering direct clinical services, field-based supervision, documentation, and real-time consultative support. While this role provides supervision and guidance to staff, it does not exercise independent executive or administrative discretion as defined under FLSA exemption tests and is therefore classified as non-exempt.
