About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the next generation of our product experience. This role will have significant ownership across products originating from the Saleo platform, including live demo experiences, interactive product tours, and emerging AI-powered demo experiences, while working closely with the broader Consensus product organization.

This is a highly cross-functional and customer-facing role. You will work directly with Engineering and Design to build great products, but just as importantly, you will partner closely with Customer Success, Enablement, Sales, and our customers to make sure what we build drives measurable value after it ships.

The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with exceptional execution. You are comfortable moving between product strategy, customer conversations, detailed requirements, analytics, release readiness, and internal enablement. You understand that successful product management does not stop at shipping a feature. It means making sure customers understand it, adopt it, and receive meaningful value from it.

What You'll Do:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for major areas of the Consensus product portfolio, with an initial focus on products and experiences originating from Saleo.
• Translate company strategy, customer needs, market opportunities, and product data into clear product priorities and investment decisions.
• Work deeply with Engineering and Design throughout discovery, definition, development, testing, release, and iteration.
• Build strong relationships with Customer Success and Enablement , ensuring teams understand not just what we are building, but why it matters, who it is for, and how to successfully position and drive adoption of it.
• Partner with Enablement to create product education, training, release materials, demonstrations, and internal programs that help customer-facing teams confidently bring new capabilities to market.
• Work directly with joint Consensus and Saleo customers to understand their workflows, identify opportunities to create additional value, and help shape a unified product experience.
• Maintain close relationships with strategic customers and regularly participate in customer discovery, roadmap conversations, executive discussions, and feedback sessions.
• Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption challenges, recurring customer pain points, expansion opportunities, and areas where the product can create greater measurable customer value.
• Act as a strong voice of the customer while balancing individual requests against broader market needs and long-term product strategy.
• Own and evolve product roadmaps, ensuring priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and expected outcomes are clearly communicated across the organization.
• Lead product discovery for new opportunities, including customer research, competitive analysis, prototyping, validation, and business-case development.
• Define clear requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics while giving Engineering and Design room to solve problems creatively.
• Establish and track product KPIs around adoption, engagement, retention, customer outcomes, and business impact.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and inform future investments.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
• Help bring together historically separate Saleo and Consensus experiences into a cohesive platform and customer journey.
• Own product readiness for launches, ensuring the product, documentation, internal teams, and customer-facing materials are prepared before release.
• Partner with QA and Engineering to define appropriate acceptance criteria, critical workflows, release validation, and smoke testing for major product changes.
• Maintain a high bar for product quality and customer experience, proactively identifying gaps and driving issues through resolution.
• Support and help lead customer advisory programs, beta programs, design partnerships, and other structured methods of incorporating customer feedback into product development.
• Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, launches, learnings, and tradeoffs to audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience , ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning meaningful product areas from discovery through launch, adoption, and continued iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, independently identifying problems, creating alignment, making tradeoffs, and driving initiatives forward.
• Exceptional customer instincts and significant experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Strong experience partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Enablement, and other go-to-market teams.
• A track record of turning customer feedback into scalable product solutions rather than simply building individual customer requests.
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviewing, problem definition, validation, competitive research, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex product decisions understandable across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort using product and business data to make decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA in an Agile or similarly iterative development environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple interconnected initiatives without losing sight of the larger strategy.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where products, teams, and priorities are evolving.
• A strong sense of ownership and a willingness to dive into the details when necessary.
• Passion for building intuitive products that solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable business value.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience building products for Sales, Presales, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success, or other go-to-market teams.
• Experience with demo automation, sales technology, enablement platforms, or developer-facing SaaS products.
• Experience bringing together products following an acquisition or platform consolidation.
• Experience with AI-powered products or applying AI to customer workflows.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex SaaS environments.

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 135,000 USD per year (United States)
