Job Summary A growing primary care group in Fairview, Tennessee is seeking a dedicated, exceptional and compassionate primary care physician to join their group providing a range of medical services to meet the demand of the growing community. Specialization Family Medicine without OB Qualified Candidates Residency training obtained at an ACGME or AOA accredited family medicine program ABMS board certified/board eligible in family medicine Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain DEA with full prescriptive authority Interest in providing full range of care for adolescents through geriatrics Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care Incentive/Benefits Package Competitive 12-month income guarantee offered by TriStar Horizon Medical Center Guarantee includes first year malpractice and limited benefits premiums No State income tax About Practice Independent physicians owned and governed medical practice under Advanced Health 1 primary care physician and 3 advanced practitioners Serving the community of Fairview, TN Outpatient only, no call (APPs take office call) Schedule M-F, 8a-5p Practice offers autonomy, infrastructure and collegial environment About TriStar Horizon Medical Center Fully accredited, 157 bed regional medical center offering a full array of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopedics, surgical and women’s services 5,800+ patient admissions, 51,000+ ER visits Our satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, offers imaging and oncology services as well as a 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room Our Medical Surgical Unit received the HCA Healthcare Unit of Distinction Award, earning TriStar Horizon a spot in the top 5% of all HCA Healthcare Medical-Surgical hospital units Da Vinci SI robot available Fairview is located just 20 miles from metropolitan Davidson County.
