Overview Our Digital Marketing team is seeking a performance-driven Web & Digital Experience Specialist to oversee, optimize, and maintain our digital storefronts across our Cincinnati/Dayton and Bountiful, UT dealership networks. In this role, you will bridge marketing strategy and technical website execution. You will ensure our dealership platforms and landing pages deliver fast, frictionless consumer experiences, maximize lead conversions, and adhere to technical SEO standards. You will collaborate closely with digital marketing leadership, SEO/content specialists, and external automotive platform vendors to maintain site health and drive traffic performance. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX: Review user journeys, heatmaps, and funnel performance to implement data-backed improvements to mobile navigation, page layouts, form placement, and call-to-action (CTA) mechanics. Technical SEO & Site Health: Monitor and improve technical search fundamentals, including mobile performance, Core Web Vitals, URL structure, metadata, redirects, and local schema markup. Tracking & Tag Architecture: Deploy, verify, and audit tracking tags, conversion events, and pixels across platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure data integrity in Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Vendor & Platform Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day technical liaison with primary automotive website providers and third-party digital tool partners to troubleshoot issues, implement scripts, and launch new rooftop features. Marketing Campaign Enablement: Rapidly build and test conversion-focused landing pages supporting paid search, email marketing, and seasonal sales promotions. Performance Analysis: Regularly report on site speed, technical health, conversion KPIs, and platform stability using GA4, Google Search Console, and native platform dashboards. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Experience working with WordPress website platform and content management systems (CMS) for websites and email services. Background working with Automotive dealer platforms is a plus but not required. Competent grasp of SEO best practices and techniques. Knowledge of web analytics and content optimization. Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail regarding grammar, spelling, structure, and accuracy. Ability to utilize graphics, photography, and video. Some graphic design/editing capabilities are preferred. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and Microsoft Word. Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain working relationships with team members throughout the organization's many departments. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility. Candidate Requirements Must be energetic, outgoing, and a self-starter, able to manage and organize priorities and work without day-to-day direction. Organized and systematic. Able to work with and influence others; strong ability to convey the value of tasks others need to accomplish and work with them to complete them through effective face-to-face, phone, and other communication. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in business or organizational website upkeep and content creation. Franchised auto dealership digital marketing experience is a plus but not required. Must have a clean driving record and car insurance and/or be insurable. Education/Experience: Associate degree in communications, website design, and/or multiple years of experience in website content creation and management. Attendance: This is a full-time, exempt position which requires you to be present and available Monday through Friday during business hours to meet the needs of the company. This exempt position is not eligible for overtime; however, you may occasionally need a flexible schedule.
