Logistics & Staging: Load/unload trailers and ensure all inbound freight is correctly stored, marked, and staged for shipment.
Warehouse Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and inspect trailers for debris to ensure safe workflow.

Skills and Experience:

What You Bring

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of consistent, recent Reach Truck/Forklift driving experience.
Racking Knowledge: Proven ability to navigate warehouse racking systems safely.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 12 hours a day and lift/move up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Reliability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly to coordinate with dispatch and sales teams.
