We provide a fast-paced, enthusiastic atmosphere that thrives on constant improvement. We are looking for someone to work 10-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible and may vary week to week, though we're ideally looking for coverage on weekday evenings (Monday–Friday) plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Your location can be flexible as we are a remote first company and you will be afforded the luxury of working from home without in office or travel expectations. We will set you up to succeed by providing all work equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) and foster a sense of belonging, camaraderie, and healthy competition anywhere in the continental United States. What You’ll Do: Approve Lending utilizes a fully automated decision-making process to underwrite its auto loans. The Underwriter will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting process, verifying data submitted with applications, and review and approve deals submitted for funding. We are looking for a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is excited to learn and not afraid of a challenge! What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of consumer lending experience (preferably credit underwriting) Automotive experience in F&I a plus Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills Positive attitude and desire to learn Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint required Experience with a loan origination system (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Auto Approve, LLC
