PEMB Project Manager

A fast growing, design build contractor is seeking their next PEMB Project Manager for a direct hire role in the Glenwood, MD area. If you are a Project Manager who wants real ownership, supportive leadership and the ability to drive projects from start to finish, this is a role worth exploring. Location: Columbia, Maryland Job Type: Permanent Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year Work Hours: 8am to 4pm Education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly Serve as the main point of contact for clients while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financials, stepping in proactively to keep things on track Leverage modern construction methods and technology to improve efficiency and project delivery Bring proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally including Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Lead and support project teams, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward a common goal Communicate effectively across all levels; English and Spanish proficiency is a plus, as is a willingness to travel as projects require.
