Responsibilities Record and track investments and investor fund allocations Perform quarterly close, prepare quarterly and annual fund and management company financial statements Own the audited annual reports and interact and coordinate with external auditors Interact directly with the investment team in assisting with portfolio company valuations Advance the firm’s AI initiatives through creative and thoughtful team implementation Assist with accounting and tax work for fund investments Assess capital needs and uses and monitor cash balances Assist all aspects of cash management including capital calls and cash, stock and token distributions Liaise with fund investors regarding financial information requests Fulfill a variety of ad hoc projects to support the Controller, CFO, Administrative Partner, and General Partners Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s Degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in PE/VC or fund administrative services with focus on investment partnerships Proficient with Microsoft Office and general accounting software packages. Specific experience with Efront and Investment Café is a plus.
