We specialize in maintaining clean, safe, and healthy environments for hospitals, medical offices, schools, offices, and commercial facilities. Position Summary The Janitorial Services Supervisor (Multi‑Facility) is responsible for supervising cleaning operations across multiple client locations. This role includes managing staff, conducting quality inspections, training employees, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Responsibilities Supervise janitorial teams across multiple facilities Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning procedures Conduct quality inspections and address deficiencies Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements Assist with scheduling and staff coverage as needed Communicate with clients and resolve service concerns Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Complete inspection reports and submit documentation Support and coach employees to achieve high performance Travel between assigned facilities throughout the Greater Philadelphia area Qualifications Previous janitorial supervisory experience preferred Healthcare EVS experience is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities Background check, FBI fingerprints, child abuse clearance, current TB test, current flu shot required Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus Compensation $45,000–$55,000 per year Performance Bonus Travel Reimbursement Benefits (After Probation): Employer‑matched 401(k), One week of Paid Time Off (PTO), Career advancement opportunities Industry Janitorial Services Employment Type Full‑time Work Location Greater Philadelphia Area (Multi‑Facility Travel Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Goal Cleaning LLC
