A typical day involves independent management of a scheduled caseload with scheduled visit lengths appropriate for initial evaluations and follow-up treatments. Patient volume is structured to balance productivity with quality, allowing time for one-on-one care, progression of plans of care, and coordination with referring providers when needed. The team-based environment encourages consultation with colleagues for complex cases and promotes shared learning through in-services and case discussions. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with potential for early morning or early evening appointments to accommodate patient schedules.
