Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor rehab plans for LTAC patients under supervision of a licensed PT
• Lead therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional activities, and activity tolerance progression
• Administer modalities and manual therapy as outlined by the plan of care
• Document patient progress, goals, and updates in the chart; communicate changes to the PT and care team
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to ensure continuity of care and safe patient handling
• Uphold safety, infection control, and patient-centered care during all treatment sessions

Requirements

• Availability to start on 09/14/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
• Ability to work a 5x8 day shift (08:00–16:30) in a LTAC/skilled nursing facility setting
• Eligibility to work in the United States for a travel assignment
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
