Field Nurse Case Manager - St. Louis, MO

Location: St. Louis, MO, USA Req Number: Req #1829 Job Overview Paradigm is looking for a full-time, 0.75 – 1.0 FTE Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the St. Louis, MO area. This is a salaried position: base salary range at 0.75 FTE is $64,350–$70,200. At 1.0 FTE, base salary range is $81,000–$93,600 annually. A Field Case Manager role is home‑based with travel up to 2 hours one‑way to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations. The individual is responsible for medical case management of work‑related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, closely monitoring the progress of the injured worker and reporting results back to the employer and insurance carriers. Qualifications Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri required. Experience in case management of workers’ compensation cases strongly preferred. Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) strongly preferred (must obtain within two years of hire date). Organizational and timeline adherence skills, PC and technology skills, and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal). Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
