RN Registered Nurse

A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a PRN (as-needed) Home Care position in Cleveland, OH. Join a growing Home Care Company with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay. This is a PRN position covering SOC (Start of Care), ROC (Resumption of Care), Recerts, and Discharges. Pay is $50-$60 per visit (negotiable). Responsibilities Complete Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, and Discharge visits. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans (OASIS). Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team. Provide skilled nursing services and patient/family education. Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care as needed. Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation. Requirements Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. OASIS and home care experience preferred. Current CPR certification.
