We are partnering with a high-growth, entrepreneurial advisory firm looking to hire a Manager into its Transaction Advisory Services team .

\ N

\n

This is a strong opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in Financial Due Diligence within a Big Four, A&M or other top-tier transaction advisory environment , and is now looking for more ownership, more exposure and a faster path to progression.

\ N

\n

The sweet spot is someone with 4–6 years of FDD/TAS experience , currently operating at Senior Associate / Manager level or recently promoted to Manager.

\ N

This is a delivery-led role — there is no expectation to bring a book of business.

\ N

You will take ownership of key workstreams, manage junior team members, work directly with senior leadership and clients, and play a central role in executing buy-side and sell-side transactions.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across:

• Quality of Earnings / normalized EBITDA
\ N
• Net Working Capital
\ N
• Debt and debt-like analysis
\ N
• Historical financial performance analysis
\ N
• Identifying key deal risks and transaction issues
\ N
• Preparing and reviewingdiligence analyses and reports
\ N
• Managing junior team members and offshore resources
\ N
• Private Equity and middle-market transactions
\ N

Ideal background:

\ N

\n
• 4–6 years’ experience, predominantly within FDD / TAS
\ N
• Big Four, A&M or comparable top-tier advisory training strongly preferred
\ N
• Strong accounting and financial analysis foundation
\ N
• Comfortable independently owning significant parts of an engagement
\ N
• Experience managing Analysts / Associates
\ N
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills
\ N
• CPA / CA helpful but not essential
\ N
• No origination requirement
\ N
