Job Description

·                     Supervise and lead a team of 35–40 non-union hourly welders and Spanish-speaking material handlers

·                     Serve as the primary communications liaison between hourly team members and management

·                     Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, on-time delivery, and attendance metrics

·                     Address and resolve disciplinary issues within the team in a timely and professional manner

·                     Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

 

 

Key Requirements

·                     Fluency in Spanish is required

·                     Background in Welding, Fabrication, CNC, or Stamping environments

·                     Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

·                     Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a positive and motivating attitude

·                     Proficient computer skills for reporting and communication purposes
