About the Role:
Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled Lumber Forklift Operator to join our team in Dallas, AL! This is a great opportunity to put your forklift experience to work in a fast-paced lumber and building materials environment where your skills are valued every day.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize lumber and building materials
• Load and unload lumber shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory by properly staging and storing materials in designated areas
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with lumber yard organization and general warehouse duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous forklift operation experience required, preferably in a lumber or building materials setting
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in an outdoor/warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic math and inventory skills preferred
