This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hardware testing, computer repair, electronics, IT support, or manufacturing environments who enjoy diagnosing issues and working with technology.ResponsibilitiesPerform testing and validation of servers, computer hardware, and electronic systemsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues using established test proceduresConfigure systems, install software, and execute diagnostic testsFollow detailed work instructions and test process documentationIdentify failures, perform basic rework, and retest systems as neededDocument test results and maintain accurate production recordsSupport packaging, labeling, and handling of equipment when requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaQualifications6+ months of experience in testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, IT, electronics, or related environmentsBasic computer hardware knowledgeExperience using diagnostic tools or test proceduresStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow technical instructions and documentationComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periodsPreferred ExperienceServer or computer hardware testingLinux or command-line experienceHardware repair and troubleshootingElectronics testing and validationData center or manufacturing test environment experienceNetworking fundamentalsKey SkillsServer TestingHardware TroubleshootingComputer HardwareIf you enjoy troubleshooting technology, diagnosing hardware issues, and working with computer systems, we'd love to hear from you!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
