Street Outreach Case Manager — Empower Homeless Youth
Oasis Center
Oasis Center in Nashville is seeking an Outreach Case Manager to actively participate in the crisis-to-housing continuum. You will conduct street canvassing, assessments, safety planning and coordinated entry for homeless youth in the Metro Nashville area, with a focus on connecting youth to housing resources. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and at least one year of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license is also required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Oasis Center
