Front Office Host Flex Shifts

Role Overview Front Office Associate at the Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center is responsible for the guest registration process, communicating hotel services and promotions, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries. This highly visible role offers casual conversation opportunities and directly impacts the guest experience. Responsibilities Guest registration, check‑in and check‑out processes. Processing payments and handling related documentation. Answering guest inquiries and providing information on hotel services and promotions. Representing Hyatt as the first point of contact for guests. Qualifications True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work any shift, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
