Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, maintaining a focus on both joint and individual sessions to maximize therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Specializing in issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflict resolution. \n
- Implementing effective treatment plans that address specific issues such as blended family dynamics, adjustment to separation and divorce, and mother/daughter conflicts. \n
- Facilitating open, respectful communication among family members to promote healing and understanding. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical methodologies tailored to the needs of your clients. \n
You will work with a varied client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be essential in navigating family-related challenges, providing therapy that enhances family dynamics, and addressing individual issues that impact mental health. Your work will have a direct influence on the well-being and outcomes for families navigating difficult transitions, whether through job stress, medical issues, or interpersonal conflicts.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in the field of marriage and family therapy. \n

- Familiarity with telehealth practices and a willingness to adapt to emerging technologies. \n
- Experience working with diverse clientele and a strong understanding of cultural competencies. \n
- Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities would be advantageous. \n
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
