• Competitive pay of $17.00 per hour
• Part-time position with a consistent rotating biweekly schedule:
  • Every other Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
  • Alternating weeks: 3–4 weekday evening shifts between 2:30 PM–10:30 PM (Monday–Friday based on rotation)

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional , you'll provide compassionate support that helps individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently while promoting their personal goals and choices.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Encourage independence while providing respectful, person-centered support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviors, or overall well-being
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to provide well-rounded support
• Help residents participate in meaningful daily routines and activities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Previous medical, caregiving, healthcare, DSP, CNA, PCA, or related experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, and team members
