Quick Facts: Location: 1044 Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44504 Start Date: 09/06/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing with initial planning towards credentialing ( 120 days) Shift: 5 days per week, including call (potential weekends) Hours per Week: 40 hours (plus call) Employment Type: Locum/Travel Licensure/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, Board Certification in Vascular Surgery preferred Experience: Prior vascular surgery experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $0.00 (discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do: Provide inpatient and emergency vascular surgery coverage, including consultation, diagnosis, and operative procedures Manage complex vascular cases and support trauma services for a Level I trauma center Assist with procedures, diagnostics, and patient management within EPIC EMR system Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams Ensure quality patient care in a hospital setting with approximately 10-15 patients per day Maintain timely documentation and contribute to team training when applicable What You Need: Valid Ohio Medical License Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgery with specialization in Vascular Surgery At least 2 years of relevant surgical experience Strong knowledge of inpatient, trauma, and emergency vascular procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a dynamic team at a prominent hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, offering inpatient vascular surgery coverage.
