While we service all makes and models, our European customer base continues to make up 65% of our car count.
Job DescriptionAs a Euro Service Technician , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of service that our customers expect. You will be responsible for performing technical maintenance , troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our products continue to operate at optimal levels, leading to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
- Troubleshoot technical issues both in person and remotely.
- Provide outstanding customer service, including offering technical advice and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all service work performed.
- Uphold the company's standards for quality, performance, and reliability.
- Proven experience as a Euro Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
