You'll join a growing team of more than 1,500 professionals across 45 U.S. offices where you'll be empowered to make an impact, develop your expertise, and grow your career.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll lead controls and automation projects and support the growth of the local and regional business. You'll work closely with clients, technical professionals, recruiting, finance, office partners, and regional partners to deliver automation solutions and strengthen project execution. This position plays an important role in customer satisfaction, technical quality, team development, and strategic business growth.Lead project work involving hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution design, and associated documentationManage proposals, estimates, schedules, resources, staffing, contracts, order processing, quality control, customer satisfaction, and project setupGrow the local and regional controls and automation business and maintain relationships with key client contactsGuide technical professionals through mentoring, feedback, training, and career developmentDevelop annual vision plans and support strategic business planning for the controls and automation groupPartner with recruiting to identify and hire controls and automation professionalsParticipate in councils that oversee and adopt firmwide standardsProvide quarterly reporting to office and regional partnersCoordinate with finance to support accurate reporting of controls and automation group activitiesMaintain appropriate use of company facilities, plant, and equipmentWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another engineering discipline supported by relevant experienceFive or more years of experience developing and delivering automation solutions for consumer products or industrial clientsExperience designing electrical control systems and programming automation systems for process applicationsProficiency with Rockwell hardware and software solutionsAbility to travel for project installation, startup, client meetings, company meetings, training, seminars, forums, and conventionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Siemens, Wonderware, or GE software and hardwareExperience in food and beverage, pulp and paper, or another industrial sectorThe approximate pay range for this position is $120k–$150kPlease note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
