Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunity available for skilled and compassionate School Psychologists to support students in a dynamic education setting. This full-time contract position offers a hybrid work schedule, enabling you to perform paperwork from home one day each week while remaining engaged with students and team members on-site. Both experienced professionals and recent graduates with a passion for student wellness and a collaborative approach are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation within school settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Open to new graduates—comprehensive onboarding and mentorship available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify academic, social, and emotional needs of students
- Facilitate and interpret psychological assessments and write comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Participate actively as a member of IEP and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention when needed
- Provide consultation and workshops for staff regarding student behavioral and learning challenges
Position Details:
- Full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (3-4 days/week) arrangements considered
- Two roles available for the upcoming academic year
- Hybrid schedule—one day per week remote for administrative duties
- Office space and district-issued laptop provided
