Family Centered Treatment Therapist

Family Centered Treatment Practitioner delivers structured, time-limited in-home therapy to at-risk children and families, aiming to prevent out-of-home placements. Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. Providing multi-hour therapy sessions in family homes and community settings. Coordinating with child welfare and other relevant systems. Managing crises and documenting services accurately. Participating in supervision and professional development activities.
