This is a part-time surgical opportunity for a Periodontist seeking predictable, well-supported clinical days that can be coordinated alongside an existing practice or professional commitments. At Benevis, our mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable dental care for patients in underserved communities. We support specialists who want to focus on patient care while delivering meaningful clinical impact. Candidates do not need to live locally; travel into El Paso is welcomed and supported.

Responsibilities

This role involves providing periodontal and implant surgical care across a range of case types. Same-day surgical care may be part of the practice model when clinically appropriate, alongside scheduled consults, follow-ups, and planned surgical procedures. Diagnose and treat periodontal and peri-implant disease.

• Provide full-scope periodontal and implant surgery, including
• Pocket reduction and osseous surgery
• Soft-tissue grafting and flap procedures
• Crown lengthening
• Implant placement
• Grafting and sinus augmentation when indicated

• Manage a mix of surgical cases, consults, and follow-ups based on patient need
• Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to support efficient care delivery and case acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency
• Active Texas dental license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
• Experience providing periodontal and implant surgery in a clinical practice setting
• Comfortable working within flexible scheduling models, including occasional same-day surgical care
