The Role We are seeking a Project Manager partner to help establish processes, track progress, and document best practices for our growing brand mega platform. This person will work in close partnership every day with the creative and account teams to ensure seamless workflows can be established from early planning, brief, and through final delivery. The PM needs to understand and unite client expectations and requests and ensure the smooth management of workstreams across their various partnerships and programs. Work alongside client lead to outline objectives — timings, scopes, costs. Establish timelines and task planning with project leads and various agency partners. Play a key role in organizing project teams. Key stakeholder for Project documentation. Monitor time management and track overall progress across multiple workstreams. Maintain awareness of all client communications and identify action items for the appropriate teams. Work with Operations and Account leads for SOW creative, budgeting, and utilization planning. Act as a true partner to the project leads and understand agency and creative processes to facilitate communication, filter asks, and push work forward. Connect the dots across a highly matrixed environment within the client team and ensure everyone understands status and next steps at any given moment. Oversee process from conception to execution, maintaining a status of each individual project. Filter and distribute incoming asks, facilitate timelines and check‑ins, and consistently communicate with the Operations and PM team to ensure best practices are carried across the business. Key Tasks Resource Planning and Task Management – track progress to ensure teams meet deliveries; adjust with client as needed. Time Monitoring – knowledgeable of all ongoing timelines and workstreams; establish communication cadence for updates. Data Management – monitor and understand data related to projects, time tracking, and budgets to plan next steps. Budgeting – create, shepherd through development, and implement budgets into agency systems; track and report regularly; give recommendations to ensure projects are scoped correctly. Skills Fluency with Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency with project management software. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus. Well‑versed in the information, assets, and timing necessary across various types of projects. Ability to build out timelines, breakout a phased approach to projects and schedule internal reviews for creative teams. Ability to establish relationships across the Account Management team and work as a partner in pushing the work forward. Ability to set clear objectives and task ownership of responsibilities across a team. Ability to communicate professionally and clearly through email and in‑person. Intuitive and takes initiative, coming with solutions rather than problems. Anticipates/prepares for next steps, engages people into the process that add value and influence outcomes. Detail oriented; understands and pays attention to nuances. Applies experience and knowledge from previous projects to new projects to increase efficiencies and effectiveness. Deep investment and interest in the work – proud of the process and output. Adaptable; can roll with the punches and tweak approach when necessary. Strong prioritization and time management skills.
