Warehouse ManagerFull-Time | Branch$47,245 – $70,000 / yrAnnual Pay RangeReports To:Branch ManagerDEPARTMENTWarehouseEXPERIENCE1–4 Years PreferredBENEFITS ELIGIBLE AFTER45 Days of EmploymentROLE OVERVIEWThe Warehouse Manager increases company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing all warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient, and cost-effective manner. This role ensures full compliance with company policy and OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations, while leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse Operations & InventoryOversee receiving, storage, and transfer of merchandise in accordance with company policy; maintain all required recordsSupervise routing, loading, and order preparation for shipment and delivery per customer instructionsPlan and schedule inventory activities including cycle counting, auditing, and reporting; review and fill back ordersMaintain warehouse security and grounds to reduce shrinkage; operate within budget and meet delivery timelinesFleet & Safety ManagementSupervise and schedule delivery vehicle maintenance; maintain a preventive maintenance programVerify forklift and truck operators remain in regulatory compliance at all timesIdentify and correct hazardous conditions; enforce safety regulations and maintain required documentationHold regular safety meetings to review issues, corrective actions, and training requirementsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentManage supervisory staff; delegate responsibilities and hold team accountable to performance goalsCollaborate with individuals to identify development areas, set goals, and create learning opportunitiesProvide coaching and monitor progress; foster a positive, informed team environmentLead by example, modeling the behaviors and standards expected of direct reportsProblem Solving & CommunicationRecognize issues and opportunities; evaluate options and initiate action within a reasonable timeCommunicate clearly; facilitate agreement and summarize outcomes with defined next stepsEstablish goals aligned with company values and implement action plans with measurable resultsResolve delivery complaints and conflict quickly and objectively; prioritize tasks and leverage available resourcesStandards & AccountabilityOversee team work products to ensure high-quality, error-free output; initiate corrective action as neededFollow established procedures carefully and continuously improve processes and personal performanceAdhere to all rules and regulations set forth in the Employee HandbookQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year in a similar position; 4 years preferredProduct/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferredSupervisory experience preferredAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours dailyFrequent stooping, bending, and reaching required; ability to work in indoor and outdoor temperature conditionsBENEFITSEligible to enroll on the 1st of the month following 45 days of employment:Medical, Dental & VisionShort & Long-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)TelehealthGym Reimbursement401(k) with Company MatchFree Surgery & Imaging Program*Free Medications*Delta Perks — Local DiscountsDiscount HubCoverage available for families* Free Surgery & Imaging and Free Medications programs are subject to eligibility and program terms.Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
