This is an ideal role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a client-facing role providing a wide variety of HR support and solutions to meet our clients’ needs as part of a collaborative team. How you'll make an impactFull benefits administration, including but not limited to general benefits administration, monthly benefit reconciliation and managing open enrollmentLeave of absence administration across multiple statesOnboarding and termination administration HRIS support - working in various systemsAssisting with policy developmentEnsuring clients are in compliance with state and federal lawsEmployee relationsPerformance management, including researching platforms, developing programs, and full administrationJob description development and FLSA guidanceServing as a mentor and point of escalation to our junior team members Additional HR Generalist duties as neededAbout YouRequired: Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required. Preferred: 5 – 8+ years of experience within a dedicated HR functionExperience with benefits, employee relations, and/or policy and procedures developmentKnowledge of state and federal employment regulations and Human Resources practices Experience managing leave of absence cases, ideally across multiple states Solid written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of general business practicesDemonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and interact with all levels of managementHighly organized, able to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.High level of proficiency with Excel and HRIS/Payroll platforms and comfortable learning new technology systems as neededKnowledge of HRIS systems preferredBase: $34 - $42 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
