Tabernacle, NJ

• 35 year-old female client with Cerebral Palsy, history of seizures, diabetes, trach, and feeding tube. 8 hour shifts available days, evenings, and overnights.
• 60 year-old male client with ALS, trach/vent, g-tube, foley catheter, hoyer lift. Pets in the home. 8 hour shifts available days, evenings, and overnights.
• 4 year-old female client with Chron's disease & tube feedings. Attends elementary school, also receives care at home. Dog in the home. 12 hour day shifts available.
