Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities so guests feel cared for. Sort laundry, operate machines safely, and handle linens. Keep cart and closets organized – a tidy workspace equals a tidy hotel. Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed. What We Are Looking For Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience. Customer service mindset – friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical stamina – lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, be on feet for the whole shift.
